हिजला मेला दुमका जिला में लगने वाला एक मुख्य मेला है और यह मेला दुमका जिला में फरवरी महीने में लगता है। यह मेला फरवरी में अंतिम सप्ताह में लगता है। यह प्राचीन मेला है।

The fair was first organised in 1890 by the then Deputy Commissioner of Santhal Pargana John R Casteyrs in order to provide people and the government a common platform for interaction.

The eight-day long fair showcases stalls from various government departments and non-governmental organisation. Besides, cultural programmes, including traditional Santhali dance and drama, is always an added attraction.
