It is not the State or Central government body or any Millionaire or Billionaire but a youngster in his thirties belonging to lower income class family of Bihar, Mr. Kunal Baikunth Singh, who has led up to produce the first Feature Film of Angika language. Ironically, Mr. Kunal is very much optimistic for the releasing of the film even in the adverse condition of the availability of the adequate fund. The shooting of the film was started in the mid of the year 2006.

Few of the scenes of the film were shot in Bhagalpur, the historical city of Anga Desh. Crores of Angika Speaking people of Anga are now eagerly waiting for the release of this low budget film, which is named as “Khagaria Vali Bhouji”. In the mean time Audio Cassette of the film songs has been released and is available in the market for the sale. Moreover, the shooting of all the10 songs of the film has been also over.
Mr. Kunal Baikunth Singh is the Producer,Director and Hero whereas Miss Neetu Singh is making her debut as Heroine for this film.
The Playback Songs have been sung by Udit Narayan, Sadhna Sargam, Kumar Sanu, Shreya Ghosal, Priya Bhattachharya, Suresh Anand, Jhirimi, Kailash Kher etc.
The origins of the production of this feature film can be traced in to the life of Mr. Kunal that has been full of struggles and vicissitudes. The same may be found in his natural attachment and love for his own native land- Anga and Mother tongue – Angika.
