– Regular emailing/Messages/calls with customers and vendors.
– Cold calls and email marketing for finding new customers.
– Bring more manufacturers/suppliers on board
– Documentation and data entry
– Preparation of Product Data sheet for uploading on the site
– Preparing Vendor detail sheet, vendor products sheet
– Entering the website data like products, contents, images etc.
– Maintaining the consignment record of sellers and monthly sales through them.
– Preparation of invoices and sending the same to the customers
– Maintaining the invoices and payment status (incoming and outgoing)
– Submitting Invoices to CA along with proper details in a sheet for Monthly GST & TDS filing, Annual Return Filing.
– Managing social media activities (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Pinterest) and promotions for order, inquiries etc.
